TIME TO HIT THE GYM!
more like… go to the gym to run cause it’s way too cold outside…
haha. I also got this “Iron Yoga” DVD from the library and I am gonna try that out. Looks pretty awesome. I guess it’s combining yoga and weight training. So we’ll see whats up with that.
I may even go to a Hatha yoga class tonight too. I’ve just been kinda sore lately and I’m trying to heal that and stretch more than usual to help.
I went to this Ska concert and did some damage haha. Well worth it cause I had a blast!

Tried my hand at a vegan pot pie today.

My car is heating up right now… Needless to say i’m a prett big baby when it comes to the cold, so i’ll be running at the gym today. Then i’ll be going to a bodypump class. Should be fun!

Picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s pretty cold this morning so I wanted something a little warming. I made a quick hemp milk batch and put in some banana, Raw cacao, dates, cinnamon, vanilla, flax, chia, a couple raw brazil nuts, and just a little agave. It’s delicious!

well I just made some vegan french toast. They were almost all raw but I have still to invest in a dehydrator so I had to use sprouted bread.
I just blended some banana, flax, water, chia seeds, hemp seeds, raw cacao, and cinnamon. Then threw the bread in with the mix in a bowl. So kinda a smoothie but it was delicious. If you weren’t raw you could just soak the bread and cook it how you normally would. But raw is always better haha
I think that when I get time, i’ll start posting some videos of some recipes.

Just did some lifting and now enjoying a banana, spinach, peanut butter smoothie with a bit of rice protein powder since I worked pretty hard today.
